Vampire Soup

Tonight we made soup and watched Mom's got a date with a Vampire Idk how I haven't seen this movie before !! I also don't know how this movie is so good lol. It's such a fun watch for the halloween season. 90's nostalgia, fun music, hot mom, vampires... What more can you ask for?? (soup. soup is the answer !! ) We made a delicious soup with veggies and lemon and tofu:

I enjoyed the movie and also enjoyed the soup. I can't believe that the stupid vampire obsessed kid in the movie, (Adam?) can't even tell the vampire guy is a vampire,,, and then he doesn't believe his little brother when he says he saw the guy turn into a bat? Bro, are you even vampire obsessed?...

I also can't understand why the vampire (Dimitri) doesn't just give up on trying to eat this family, the hot mom is really not his type and is really making things difficult for him the entire time he's trying to get her alone to kill her—not to mention the fact that she has three children that are also continuously pissing off Dimitri. I’m not sure why this guy thinks he has a chance… They sure talk a lot about vampire charm, but I think Lynette Hansen may be the one that's putting him under her spell.

The last thing I want to share is this really pretty container of paprika we got at Trader Joes today. Go off, Joe, you really know what's up sometimes !! Speaking of, I wish that I checked to see if Joe had Sliced Apple Cinnamon Sourdough bread today,, It's soooo good ! Hopefully next time. Mmm now I’m thinking how good that would be with their brown sugar butter.
